Job Details
Function
As Lead Logistics Process Optimisation, you will be responsible for improving and driving our logistics processes. You will manage a team of specialists and work closely with various departments to transform operational challenges into sustainable solutions.
Your duties?
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of 6-10 logistics specialists, each with their own expertise.
- Analysing and optimising logistics processes for greater efficiency and lower costs.
- Supervising improvement projects within areas such as inbound, outbound and inventory management.
- Implementing new systems, tools and process changes.
- Reporting on process performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

What do we expect from you?
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in process optimisation, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience with WMS systems and logistics implementations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus) and process modelling.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A solution-oriented and customer-oriented working attitude.
