Digital Growth Specialist (Digital Marketeer 80% -_ 100%)

Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketeer / Growth specialist to help us bring our digital marketing activities and growth to the next level.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by translating business objectives to effective campaigns, emailflows and onsite funnels and work closely with Brand & Identity to strengthen our brand and be a driver of change to improve the customer experience on our platforms.

• You dive into the campaigns (SEA, Social, display) and look for opportunities to attract more new customers to our platform.
• You will work together in the multidisciplinary squad to improve the customer journey and help customers understand our service and make the best choice according to their needs.
• You look at the bigger picture but also jump into the CMS to make the actual changes.
• You set up automated email flows (selligent) that help customers feel in control and make decisions based on new developments.

Next to your core activities,

• être capable d'obtenir des objectifs concrets de la part de vos stakeholders

• penser stratégie mais aussi passer à l'opérationnel pour mener à bien votre mission
• être curieux de comprendre nos produits et services financiers
• vous sentir à l'aise dans une organisation complexe et un environnement international
• aimer travailler avec les données pour comprendre le comportement des clients, rechercher des informations exploitables et les traduire en optimisations qui profiteront au client.

En outre, il est attendu de vous que vous ayez :

• quatre ans d'expérience pertinente en tant que spécialiste du marketing numérique
• une expérience avérée des plateformes et outils numériques tels que CMS, admanagers et analytics
• une excellente maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et de la deuxième langue nationale.

Avec qui allez-vous travailler ?

Vous rapportez directement au Team Lead Digital Growth et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues locaux et internationaux. Vous aurez des objectifs locales mais vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe agile et serez en contact avec la communauté internationale sur la manière stratégique de travailler. L'équipe Digital Growth se compose actuellement de huit spécialistes, répartis dans quatre pays (BE, DE, ES, NL).
