Job Details
Function
Use your interest in Art and Culture to assist a team of 4 international Doctors of Art History:
- Provide seamless support in a busy office
- Manage your time in order to meet the deadlines
- You will have a diverse range of organisational responsibilities including agenda management, internal and external meeting and event planning including invitations, catering coordination and travel arrangements
- You will be present at events to ensure a hands-on support
- Draft and proof-read diverse documents including national and international meeting and conference minutes
- Manage the administration of publications, create the purchase orders and generate the invoices, as well as coordinating the logistics and yearly inventory
- Ensure regular maintenance of the donation and subsidies files, database,archives and internet
- You are the 1st person of contact for many international stakeholders via e-mail, over the telephone and face to face

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant
- Very Good written and spoken French and English
- Proficient in MS Office with a keen eye for detail
