In 2022 and 2023, Triodos Bank initiated a transition to a unified "One Bank" operating model. As part of this operating model, the new functional line of Commercial has been designed, which focuses on integrating all commercial strategy and marketing efforts. It is designed on two main customers segments that deliver value end-to-end to either businesses or consumers. To strengthen the commercial department, we are looking for a dynamic and creative expert to take on the position of Proposition Developer in Business Banking.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by being a driving force to create compelling, customer focused and profitable propositions: from idea phase until MVP launch.
Together with the team:
- You will be responsible for the Business Banking proposition development and management in the five Triodos countries from a group-wide PMC vision leading to relevant and compelling new products and services.
- You are responsible for strategy at the group level and proposition development at the country level, serving as a linking pin between the group and countries.
- You will plan, execute and interpret customer, market, competitor and societal research, in close cooperation with Impact & Economics and local insights, translating findings into actionable advice on innovation of propositions.
- You will lead the proposition development, test them with customers in all markets, and drive the development until MVP launch, in close cooperation with Product and Process Management.
- You will steer on product/market and sector combinations, including the most suitable distribution strategy and guide the business to execute this effectively on a local customized level.
- You will be responsible for the commercial part of group-wide projects like the SBTI integration, climate risks and As One To Zero.
Your future colleagues
You work in a team of proposition developers, where everyone is responsible for his or her own international customer segment. You share experience and best practices how to develop your role and knowledge. You report to the Group Head of Business Banking. You work together with a lot of colleagues: with the commercial portfolio analysts and the marketeers in the customer segment teams, the colleagues in the P&PM department and the colleagues of Impact and Economics, to name a few.

- Relevant experience in marketing, product our process engineering and innovation.
- Relevant experience in Business Banking environment.
