We are looking for candidates. Are you willing to work as crew member for European Parliament Visitor Facilities!
The sites are located in Etterbeek (Brussels) and guides visitors through an overview of European history - Available in all 24 official languages of the European Union, free admission and customized resources will be available for schools, families and groups. We’re working in shifts, 7 days a week.

What are your tasks as an Acting Team Leader?
The Acting Team Leader works primarily as an Expo Crew. Expo Crew Agent occupies different positions with a rotation system & different degrees of responsibility:
- Information desk/booking platform: contact with visitors, providing information, feedback forms, found objects, handling of reservations;
- Locker and hangers: management of public lockers and hangers, escorting visitors, collecting items left behind at the end of the day;
- Tablets: prepare and distribute tablets to visitors, give full explanations, update devices, recover tablets, clean and charge them;
- Floor positions: making rounds around the fair to keep an eye on the fair and guide visitors, provide information and ensure good daily flow.
The Acting Team Leader is an Expo crew Agent who is replacing the Team Leader occasionnaly. In this capacity, they take on the responsibilities of the Team Leader in their absence, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing floor staff, and ensuring that service delivery remains uninterrupted. The Acting Team Leader works closely with the Team Leaders to maintain efficient operations and provide essential support to the team.
Profil
What profile are we looking for?
- Langues: Fluent in English (B2 min.), fluent in 2 national languages (French and/or Dutch and/or German B2 min.), additional languages are a plus!
- min. 18 years;
- Flexible: weekdays, weekends, holidays,(evening events);
- Availability: during the week and during the week-end (2 weekends on 4);
- Punctual;
- Polite, helpful, accurate, dynamic, polyvalent, open-minded;
- Stress resistant and able to deal with conflict situations;
- Customer oriented - Visitor comes first!
- Must love interacting with diverse visitors: various nationalities, groups, backgrounds, visitors with disabilities,...
- Experience in leading a Team is a plus!
