Excited to take on the role of Retail Business Developer Supply, driving retail excellence, unlocking supply growth opportunities, and maximizing sustainability impact?

• Develop and Execute Retail Strategies: Lead the development and execution of retail offers, ensuring the right assortments and merchandising tools are tailored to market needs.
• Build a supplier communication offering: Develop a guidebook with communication investment opportunities for suppliers
• Drive Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with Category Managers, preferred suppliers/partners, internal teams and stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize product introductions.

Profiel

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Retail/FMCG, with a strong background in trade marketing, category management, and project management
• Trilingual (Dutch, French and English)
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders
• Proven ability as a bridge builder, fostering collaboration across teams and external partners
• Hands-on and practical approach, with a focus on execution and results
• Innovative mindset, proactive in taking the initiative and driving continuous improvement
• Resilient under pressure, with the capacity to handle stress and deliver results in challenging situations
