Functie
As Customer Experience Manager, you will ensure a smooth, welcoming and qualitative organization throughout the entire process of an EMBA’s student trajectory (from start-up to the end of the program).
Thanks to your hospitality, you maintain close contact with participants. You are flexible and give participants the support they need to successfully complete their challenging and dynamic learning journey. In case of practical problems or questions, you always look for an adequate solution, in collaboration with your EMBA Program Management Team.
Like a true organizer, you make sure everything is prepared for the successful launch of this 18-month program. Furthermore, you are responsible for the day-to-day administration throughout the program and for the communication with your stakeholders.
You will work closely with the members of your team, the Academic and Program Directors, and with the customer experience managers of other teams. In addition, you will work with other stakeholders such as professors, the finance team, and the catering team.
In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities, you will also organize and join the international seminars taking place 4 times a year in different continents. Together with the partner university in the country of destination, you are responsible for the full organization such as the hotel booking, the evening and cultural activities as well as transportation and catering.

- You enjoy being the go-to person for your customers, but also enjoy working on administrative tasks.
- You are process-oriented and enjoy implementing and gradually improving processes to ensure high quality results. While working independently is not a problem, collaboration is a must for your work environment.
- You are flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings and on a recurring basis on Saturdays throughout the academic year.
- Your workplace is the campus of Antwerp Management School, but travel within Belgium may occasionally occur.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and are IT-savvy.
- You speak, write and read Dutch and English fluently.
- You have minimum a Bachelor's degree.
