Job Details
Function
The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Human Resource Department to ensure efficient HR services support to all staff and management of assets, equipment.

Profile
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum Expereince Requirements
- 1 years of HR Administration experience (with degree)
- 2 years of HR Administration experience (with diploma)
- Basic Payroll experience and knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
Knowlegde and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of and ability to apply and adhere to Namibia labor laws
- Computer literacy (Excel, Access, Word, Power point, Publisher, e-mail)
Preferred Educational Requirements and Experience (Added Advantage):
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Working with PAYE, SSC, Medical Aid and Pension Fund
- Knowledge of Affirmative Action
